High quality X-ray equipment helps in making a diagnosis

Our radiological facilities contain state-of-the-art equipment. We have a Summit solid state machine with 300 milliamperes. We can do soft tissue examinations including thoracic radiographs and barium studies. Hard tissue reading are most commonly X-rays for broken bones. Usually the results of radiological work are available within 24 hours.

Also, we take X-rays for submission to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for use in certifying against hip dysplasia. This service is most commonly used by dog breeders.
